Alpha Direct Agency Kicks off the New Year

With a 6-hour all-hands meeting. In attendance; all Employees, the Founder, Guest Speakers, and a Marketing Rep.

NEW YORK - Jan. 3, 2020 - PRLog -- ALPHA DIRECT AGENCY KICKS OF 2020 with an amazing 6 hour "all hands" event. That has been the tradition in this company for the past 10 years says Emmanuel Osuyah the company's founder. Nothing says kickoff than having everyone together including our remote and international employees, exploring the road map for the year ahead.

All Employees listened attentively and yet interactively. Andrea Barrios one of the company's most decorated Agents said she leaves the meeting feeling like she attended an Apple product launch. The energy is palpable remarked Leo Vasquez founder of Soalife.com a curator of local art; who was a guest speaker at this year's kickoff. As the Team at Alpha Direct Agency defines unique programs to bring young professionals into the insurance world through its own foundation, they also explored methods to grow the relationships they have with multiple A+ rated Insurance Companies.

The meeting ended to thundering applause from all present eager to take the first steps to kick off the year. Each member of the Team was given a copy of Jeffery Gitomer's masterpiece titled "Customer Satisfaction is Worthless, Customer Loyalty is Priceless" Each employee requested their fearless leader's dedication and autograph of their copy during the event.

Claudia shared some of the experiences from "Mami Chula" events and the inspiration behind the club. The meeting was adjourned with the Company's great place to work pledge.
