July 14, 2023 - Mid Year Retreat - Yet another successful mid year retreat (MYR) is in the bag for the A-Team at Alpha Direct Agency. We chose the great city of Baltimore, Maryland to bring our team together; hosted by the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel.

April 26, 2023 - The second of its kind CE-Team retreat was a virtual edition. This retreat was kicked off by Nancy Ruiz, the CE-Team’s manager. She welcomed everyone and guided the four hour virtual event. There were also two guest speakers from other company leaders/department heads: Andrea Barrios from Personal Lines and Retention Manager Eliset Mateo. ​

Founded by an African/minority business owner Emmanuel Osuyah, the company continues to defy possibility stereotypes. We are a reflection of the real diverse and dynamic world around us.​
