May 12, 2022 - Congratulations are in order for our Team at alpha direct agency; once again recognized as a “great place to work.” The company was founded in 2004 with a mission to create a work environment where employees feel inspired and challenged to grow.

Studies show that when employees are the priority, the organization outpaces its competition and multinationals like Starbucks, Adobe, Apple, and Zoom are role models for any company looking for inspiration.

Before I founded the company, "I had workplace experience in corporate America that inspired me to do better as a leader one day. Those experiences shaped the foundation of what we have created at Alpha Direct Agency" remarked founder; Emmanuel Osuyah.
